Coming out of the last "AI winter" in the 1990s, AI applications have been going from strength to strength given the technology convergence in computing power, algorithmic breakthroughs and access to vast amounts of data. While the legal sector has traditionally been among those least impacted by technology, some may say this time seems different. The latest development in generative AI, seeing a rise in mainstream popularity, is now hacking the principal tools of lawyers - our language.

Please join AmCham Shanghai Legal Committee's roundtable on Thursday, April 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the AmCham Shanghai Conference room, as a legal veteran and a CEO of a data business (& former multinational senior executive) explore some use cases of this technology, examining both its potential and challenges in the legal field. They will also discuss some frameworks that help in designing & constructing use cases.

Please note that this event is open only to general counsels and law firm partners.
