Plant-based foods have been the subject of hot debate this year – will they disrupt the industry, or is this food trend just a fad? As the first plant-based meat is expected to launch in China around September, we invite industry experts to elaborate on the technology involved, nutritional value, and the environmental impact of plant-based food innovations.
