During the event, AmCham Shanghai delegates will have the opportunity to meet and network with Liaoning provincial government leaders, Liaoyang city government leaders, representatives from Consulates, General Manager Mr. Adam Huang of S+E China, senior representatives from S+E Liaoyang Industrial Park, as well as company representatives from Dr. Schneider, Thyssenkrupp and China Zhongwang Group. During the event, S+E China will share their analysis on how to optimize the macro and micro-environment to better serve the development of different industries in the future. Questions such as "How does a German operator create a seamless business environment with completed production facilities and living accommodations?" and "How to create a completed ecosystem of integrated talents, production, products, technology, finance, environment and market factors as a whole?" will be discussed in-depth as well.

Liaoyang is a beautiful city in the densely populated central area along the development axis of Dalian and Shenyang, which is the largest and most developed economic core area in Liaoning Province and the Northeast region as a whole. It is recognized as a "gateway" to the Shenyang Economic Zone, connecting the flow of talents, logistics, capital and trade exchanges from big cities.

辽阳是中国辽宁省的一座美丽的城市，坐落于大连沈阳发展轴的沿线区域，是辽宁省甚至东北地区经济最发达的核心区域，也是连接沈阳等大城市人流、物流、资金流 , 经贸往來的重要门户。

The Liaoyang S+E Industrial Park will be established in the core area of Hedong New District of Liaoyang and the city's central area. It is around 70 kilometers away from the BMW Tiexi plant and the Dadong plant, 53 kilometers away from Shenyang Taoxian International Airport in the North and 166 kilometers away from the Yingkou Bayuquan Port in the South. The park has an advantageous geographic position as well as convenient traffic.

Liaoyang S+E industrial park has a total planned area of around 5 km2. Through the process of upgrading the existing industries within the Bohai economic circle, a complete industrial chain will be formed.
