    Elsie Pan is a PwC US Consulting partner based out of New York office. She has 20 years of diversified management consulting and regulatory consulting experience with large global firms across a broad spectrum of high-stake matters. Additionally, she serves a leadership role of China Business Network in PwC US, leading a team of 400+ bilingual, cross-cultural US-based specialists providing on-the-ground professional services covering full life-cycle of US-China cross-border business and investment. Elsie is also Asia Financial Services Consulting Leader of PwC US and is responsible for driving PwC US’ strategy and engagement of consulting services for more than 20 Asian (Japan, Korea, China/HK, Singapore, ASEAN) banks and fintech/crypto firms operating in the US.

    Prior to joining PwC, Elsie worked in China for four years, providing business advisory and audit services to large banks, insurance companies, and a number of other public and private sector institutions.

    Elsie holds a master of business administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan in the US.

    Craig Stronberg

    Director of PwC Intelligence

    Craig is the leader of the Macro team within PwC Intelligence, developing forward-looking points of view on macroeconomics and geopolitics to firm leadership and clients.

    Craig has been with PwC since 2012, previously as a leader in its cybersecurity practice. He spent nearly 20 years in the US Government national security sphere, departing as a Senior Executive. His areas of focus included global risk, cyber, counterterrorism, counterintelligence and support to the Olympic Games. Chinese policy and geopolitical/regulatory issues have been his focus for 15 years.

    Craig has a BA and MA in history and American history respectively from American University in Washington, DC where he is also periodically an adjunct professor.
