AmCham Shanghai's Human Resources Committee invites you to join the discussion "Who Moved My People: Local VS. MNCs" on Wednesday, April 7 from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm at the AmCham Shanghai office.

Once the choice of employment for top talents, MNC's long-standing advantages are eroding compared to the emerging local companies in recent years. As localization becomes MNCs' mainstream strategy to win the China market, it becomes even more important to attract, develop, and retain top local talent.

Speakers will offer insights into the changing landscape from the perspective of HR leaders at both multinational and local enterprises, as well as from the perspective of investors. They will also discuss how MNCs can maintain competitiveness and win the battle for talent amid changes.
