Tina Huang is a consulting director based in Aon Consulting Shanghai Office. She is now taking care of people analytics business in China. She has been with Aon for more than 7 years.

Tina's project experience varies from people analytics solutions, digital talent solutions, engagement, HR digitalization strategy, competency model design, performance and incentive design, salary structure design, job evaluation, total rewards competitive analysis and optimization. Her clients include Tencent, Bosch, SAIC VW, Volvo, Danaher, China Merchant Group, Avery Dennison, HP, Amazon, Emerson, Roche Diagnostics, MSD, AbInbev, Danone, Shanghai Disneyland, Eddingpharm, etc.

Tina graduated from the University of Durham, UK with Master degree in Marketing and also holds a Bachelor degree in German Language & Literature from Shanghai International Studies University.

As a senior HR leader, Hopkins Chen is engaged in not only full spectrum HR arena but also business practice such as Merger &Acquisition and Artificial Intelligence(AI) innovation in the challenging and global business environment.

Hopkins earned his MBA Degree from the Fuqua Business School of Duke University, USA. He also holds Triple Global Qualifications in Global Professional HR (GPHR) from HR Certification Institute (HRCI), SHRM-Senior Certified Professional by Society of HR Management (SHRM), USA, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI)

Sharon Yang is the Chief Human Resources Officer of SPD Silicon Valley Bank (SSVB). SSVB is the first technical bank in China focusing on supporting innovation companies. The past 20 plus years of Sharon’s work experience includes a number of HR roles spanning across a variety of industries and locations, including Banking, Real Estate Consulting, Renewable Energy and Engineering industries. Sharon is the founding member of VHR, and career mentor of SAIF FMBA and SUFE IMBA programs.
