1B. Build corporate well-being strategy to deal with VUCA by Essential Benefit Solutions 

We are accelerating into a new and unpredictable VUCA business environment.

The disruptive forces of VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) are playing out across almost every company and industry in 2020 especially when we contextualize it to the global pandemic.

2A. Transform your HR strategy: Workforce view 2020 global employee survey by ADP

    Harvey Chen has been responsible for establishing CCL’s footprints in Greater China, and overseeing the spread of CCL’s services to Chinese and multinational organizations in the region. He has worked with a large number of corporations and executives to design and deliver leadership development solutions, innovation projects, senior team engagement, and transformation services. He has also delivered speeches and seminars at conferences such as the Japan Foreign Correspondents Club, the World Economic Forum, at the central banks of Portugal, Switzerland, Finland, Italy, Spain, and the UK, at think tanks such as China State Council Development Research Center, the American Enterprise Institute, Center for Strategic and International Studies, and at universities such as Oxford, Harvard, Stanford, Tsinghua, and Peking.
    Dr. Chen holds a MA in Economics, MPhil in Business, and PhD in Economics and Finance from Columbia University, and BSc in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
