Han Lin is Advisor, IPWE and former Deputy GM, Wells Fargo Bank China. He began his career with Wells Fargo in 2004 in Charlotte, N.C. where he was involved in a series of strategic initiatives encompassing credit, payments, trade and acquisitions. Prior to banking, Han served in the U.S. Marine Corps, and is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Ukraine). Han completed his undergraduate studies (BBA) at the University of Michigan-Ross Business School. He later completed an M.A. in International Studies from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and a law degree (LLM) in Chinese commercial law at Fudan University Law School. Han also graduated with a M.S. in Global Finance from the HKUST-NYU program where he is also a lecturer on the China financial system. Han serves on the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce (Shanghai). He has lived in Shanghai for 14 years and is married with two daughters.

Edward Hsu is the leader of Global Data Service and Compensation Software, Asia and Australasia at Willis Towers Watson. He is primarily responsible for providing strategic consulting advice to clients in areas of total remuneration solution, performance management, competency assessment and etc.

He served as the project director for large organizational transformation projects, especially for financial, Hi-tech and Real Estate fields.

Sharon Yang is the Head of Human Resources of SPD Silicon Valley Bank (SSVB). SSVB is the first technology and innovation bank in China serving as an independent legal entity, and it provides unique financial products and services to the technology and innovation industry in China. The past 20 years of Sharon’s work experience includes a number of HR roles spanning across a variety of industries and locations. Apart from being the China HR head for companies in Banking, she also has experience in Real Estate Consulting and Renewable Energy industries. Sharon is the founding member of VHR, and career mentor of SAIF FMBA, SUFE IMBA, SISU MBA programs. Sharon’s articles were published in the HR professional journals and books in both Mainland China and HK.
