AmCham Shanghai is pleased to invite you to a briefing by Shanghai AIC Deputy Chief of Inspection Mao Zhongliang on the Anti-Unfair Competition Law’s commercial bribery provisions on March 22 from 13:30 to 16:00 at AmCham Shanghai’s conference center. Mr. Mao will discuss the new commercial bribery provisions of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law. Since the first draft of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law was introduced in February 2016, there have been many questions about how the Chinese government will enforce provisions of the law on Commercial Bribery. Mr. Mao will provide an overview of the law and provide suggestions on how companies should comply. He will be joined by Henry Chen, AP Compliance Director at Fortune 500 Company for the Q&A session.
