ISLC的第一阶和第二阶教练认证课程已获得ICF (国际教练联合会)的Level OneLevel Two认证资质。完成ISLC教练认证课程后,学员即可加入我们的优秀校友网络,继续学习和教练实践,提高专业水准。


课程概览


本课程采用独特的"知识获得-实践应用-融会贯通"的路径。培训体系包含课前预习、5天的集中培训课程(3+1+1模式:即3天的模块一课程,1天的非暴力沟通大师讲堂及1天的优势导向教练大师讲堂)、学习回顾作业和督导教练实习 (SCI, 非必须) 。

ISLC可提供两种ICF国际教练认证课程,在完成对应的教练培训及教练实践后,学员可获认证资格。


ICF认证教练资格:


Associate Certified Coach (ACC) 助理认证教练- 要求完成60小时的培训课时和100小时的教练实践。


Professional Certified Coach (PCC) 专业认证教练- 要求完成125小时的培训课时和500小时的教练实践。

主讲老师

Andy Johnson是ICF认证的PCC教练,他曾是一名职业橄榄球运动员和伦敦消防队的警官,多元的经历形成了Andy独特的教练风格。


Andy的教练风格友好、富有吸引力,长于营造出尊重的环境,善以优势和决策为重点进行支持性和挑战性的对话。Andy的教练生涯始于2000年 ,经过23年的历练,他拥有了在高层次、多文化和复杂环境中进行教练的经验。他的经验包括在欧洲、美洲、澳大利亚、亚洲和新西兰等地的组织中指导高管、高级官员和运动员,涉及的行业包括金融服务、基础设施、市场营销、法律、专业体育和政府部门,其教练实践主要是关注发展、行为、领导力和职业生涯,帮助教练伙伴完成转型变革,并确保超期完成教练成果。

Please use your own name and email when registering for a training session. Additional fees may apply if you fail to register under your own identity. 


A prepayment is required for all full-day training sessions. 

全天培训课程需要提前付款。


Half-day session training vouchers cannot be used for full-day training programs.

Registration

  • All registrations shall be made online before the session. For full-day sessions, payment also shall be made before the session.
  • For half-day sessions, AmCham Shanghai members are eligible to attend free of charge with Training Credit*; AmCham Shanghai members without Training Credit are eligible to attend at "Member Rate"; Employees who work at AmCham Shanghai member companies are eligible to attend at "Employee Rate".
  • For full-day sessions, AmCham Shanghai members are eligible to attend at "Member Rate"; Employees who work at AmCham Shanghai member companies are eligible to attend at "Employee Rate"; Non-members are eligible to attend at "Non-Member Rate".
  • Limited spaces are available and attendance will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Members please bring your membership card and non-members bring your business card upon check-in at the training session.
Walk-in and Cancellation Policy
  • This session requires confirmation of attendance in advance. If you attend this session without prior registration, you will be charged an RMB50 "walk-in" fee as member and RMB100 as employee.
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration for a half-day session, please notify Lucy. Lu at (86 21) 6169 3015 or email lucy.lu@amcham-shanghai.org no less than 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel your registration for a full-day session, please notify Ray Cheng at least two weeks prior to the session for a full refund. Cancellation made within two weeks before the session will not be refundable.
  • To ensure that you have a seat, please come to the session on time. Open seats will be released to other guests 15 minutes after the session starts.
