Xia Yifei (Gary) has worked in the consumer products industry for over a decade. He has extensive experience in R&D and supply chain strategy and is specialized in the development and application of various materials and ingredients.

Before his involvement and specialization in the consumption industry, Gary was part of Enactus, a leading global community program now known as E Youth. Working closely with dozens of Fortune 500 companies in strategic partnership projects has brought him rich insight into sustainable development and social responsibility in various businesses. Gary’s latest project, in partnership with a leading professor of South China University of Technology, focuses on the recycling of baijiu vinasse to extract protein and dietary fibers through the use of new and innovative protein extracting processes.

Peipei An is a serial entrepreneur, the founder of outdoor brand Trizari, has years of investment and project management experience. She also served in a high-tech company and has many years of experience providing business services.

Peipei has a Master's degree from King's College London.

Mingkai Cao graduated from the University of Southern California with a major in Applied Econ & Econometrics. He is currently responsible for innovation business and external cooperation resource docking at PHABuilder.

Mingkai also has practical experience in innovative applications of synthetic biology.

Vincent has over 16 years of experience in the textile and fashion industry. He is the co-founder of Remakehub, a startup that focuses on turning waste into valuable products and materials for the apparel and plastic industry. He also serves as Director of Cheng Kung Garments, a 47 years old family business that focuses on garment products for premium brands using sustainable materials and processes.

Vincent also works with different startup accelerators such as Fashion for Good, German Accelerator, and Startupbootcamp as a mentor and advisor to help startups in the Fashion industry.
Vincent is also the former President of the EO China East Chapter based in Shanghai. EO is a global entrepreneurs' organization with over 17000 members and 200 chapters across 60 countries.
