Clear functional accountability is a key pillar to building a healthy and aligned leadership team, and it is essential when scaling a business of any size. AmCham Shanghai's Entrepreneurship Committee has invited Scott Pollack, CEO & Leadership Team Coach of ROGUE SCOTT Executive Advisory, to facilitate an interactive Functional Accountability Workshop (for CEOs + Leadership Teams).

Leadership Teams (defined as the people who truly own at least one key function in the business) should join this workshop to learn (1) how to clarify functional accountability, and then (2) how to build a dynamic model for understanding and evolving how key functions in their business work together to make money.

In this workshop, scheduled for September 18th, from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the AmCham Shanghai Conference Center, each Leadership Team will build their own:

* FACe (Function Accountability Chart), which will establish a clear understanding of accountabilities (and metrics) for each key function in their company.

* KFFM (Key Function Flow Map), a simple graphical representation of how their company makes money (putting cash in the bank) based on flowing Widgets (non-fiscal things) through the key functions that are involved in making money.
