Conversations about the employment prospects of young people in China have continuously drawn widespread attention. As the job market evolves in the AI era, what should young people and their families do to improve the chances of young graduates finding meaningful first jobs and then build their careers?
Based on positive feedback about last year's discussion, the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai's Education Committee is excited to launch this year's Education Forum: "Academic Planning & Career Preparation in the AI Era" on Saturday, June 6, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at our office. This forum will feature a panel of experts โ including HR professionals, recent graduates and school leaders โ who will share insights on how students can better prepare for the workforce, what employers value in emerging talent, and how educators and families can support the development of future-ready skills.
Target audience includes students, parents, and academic professionals involved in guiding young people's career choices.
