YeonSu Jeong has worked at KOTRA for more than 17 years, focusing on expanding overseas business opportunities for Korean companies, particularly in China. She spent over six years working in Shanghai (2011–2015, 2022–present) and earned an MBA in the United States. She has extensive experience in discovering and supporting new international business opportunities for Korean companies. Currently, she focuses on exploring new business ventures in Shanghai across diverse industries such as cultural content, fashion, automotive parts, renewable energy, smart manufacturing, and medical aesthetics. She actively supports these ventures in establishing and expanding their presence in the Shanghai market.

Max Jung is the Senior Manager of the KOTRA Shanghai Office, where he facilitates B2B cooperation between Korean companies and international partners. With a focus on supporting Korean manufacturers in key industries—such as automotive, shipbuilding, and machinery—he specializes in materials, parts, and equipment sectors. Currently, he is dedicated to fostering stronger collaboration between Chinese and global companies and Korean suppliers.

Ming Wu studied law in Shanghai, Nottingham, and Vienna and holds qualifications as a lawyer in China as well as a solicitor in England and Wales. He currently serves as an arbitrator at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), a Specialist Mediator at the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in the UK, and a Judge of the Independent Employment Tribunal of the inter-governmental organization Square Kilometre Array Observatory (SKAO). Over the past decade, he has frequently represented both domestic and international clients in international arbitration proceedings at institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Shanghai International Arbitration Centre (SHIAC), and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), etc.
