Dr. Tim Klatte is a Partner and Head of Grant Thornton’s Shanghai Forensic Advisory Services practice. He holds 25 years of China-related experience in business & competitive intelligence, due diligence investigations, and China macro/micro economic forces that shape boardroom decisions. He has conducted more than 450 Due Diligence projects across multiple industries and in all regions of China, and his clients include SMEs and Global Fortune 500 firms operating in China.

Ms. Shirley Zhang is DFS global compliance director. She
holds more than 18 years of compliance-related experience on due diligence, sanction /Export control, anti-corruption, and risk assessment in different regions. She practiced in different industries including but not limited to FMCG, pharma, special chemical, and fueling solutions.

Casline is currently the Vice President of Align Technology in China. She is fully responsible for the strategic development, supervision of business, and operations of Align Technology in China. She joined Align Technology in 2016 and served as the general manager of South Asia and Korea, Managing Director of Southeast Asia, Vice President and Managing Director of Southeast Asia successively. She led the team to plant deeply into the Chinese market, deepen the development of local strategy and set up a team with in-depth knowledge of local business in order to promote the oral industry in China, make a positive contribution to the development of this industry and better serve the doctors and patients.

Ms. Chu has more than 20 years of senior management experience in the healthcare and consumer goods industries. Prior to joining Align Technology, she held key management positions at Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly-Clark, and Samsung. Ms. Chu holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Stern School of Business, New York University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.

Boon Kim Fam (Kim) is currently the Senior Legal Counsel, Compliance, Asia Pacific for PVH Corp, the parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. She has over 17 years’ legal and compliance experience in Europe and Asia, gained in US law firms, the US and China-listed companies, as well as both the UK and Malaysian central government. Kim has the cultural sensitivity, technical expertise, and sound international outlook to seamlessly translate a Global Compliance program to effectively obtain buy-in from senior leaders and key business partners. Kim is passionate about business-driven compliance, and constantly identifies opportunities to inspire senior leaders to become Ethical champions. Kim was shortlisted for the category of Compliance Officer of the Year, Women in Compliance Awards 2020, a prestigious global award organized by C5 Communications Ltd, London to celebrate and honor women in Compliance.

Haining Zhan, Senior Compliance Counsel, Asia Pacific, at
LyondellBasell. He is admitted to practice law in China and the New York State, US and has more than 15 years’ experience in both legal and compliance practice areas with several leading US and European multinational companies. At LyondellBasell, he is responsible for leading the compliance program in Asia, including FCPA/anti-corruption, antitrust, trade compliance, and internal compliance training/investigations. Prior to LyondellBasell, Mr. Zhan was the Compliance Director, Asia Pacific, at Ford Motor Company.
