We are excited to announce a member free training event on cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the use of an Automated External Defibrillator and Heimlich Maneuver on March 17, 3:30-5:00 pm at AmCham Shanghai Conference Center.

During the 90 minutes' session, you will learn how to

• perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
• use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
• perform Heimlich Maneuver

上海美国商会医疗委员会将于3月17日下午3：30-5：00举办心肺复苏及异物卡喉急救法培训。课程时长90分钟，包含心肺复苏，自动除颤仪的使用以及异物卡喉急救。

The training is conducted in English and will include hands-on practice. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn valuable lifesaving skills from the professionals at the Shanghai East International Medical Centre. Seats are limited. First come, first serve.
