He has been specializing in Chinese corporate, commercial and regulatory business for many years and recognized as the premier expert in M&A, corporate restructuring, foreign-invested companies and state-owned equity and asset acquisitions.He is a leader in China's anti-monopoly sector and has developed a solid clean energy and sustainable business in China, focusing on clean development mechanisms, M&A and new projects, and cooperation with China.

Mr. Peter has served as legal counsel for a number of large corporate clients, including Coca-Cola, Hershey, SPX, Mitsui & Co, MWV, Itochu, Marubeni, Alcatel, Syngenta, Sumitomo Chemical, Tata Group, Flint Group, Becton Group, Asahi Chemical, Intel, Toshiba and BOC Gases.
