近日火爆的ChatGPT展示出生成式人工智能的巨大潜力，成为当今信息技术领域的重要发展方向，在此背景下，其工作原理及其在法律领域中所带来的挑战，已经成为了业内关注的焦点。借此机会，上海美国商会法律行业委员会将于2023年3月16日16:00-18:00举办"生成式人工智能的工作原理解读及其法律问题初探"专题研讨会。届时委员会邀请了信息技术行业的相关技术人员与法律专业人士参与共同探讨和分享经验。

Introduction to Generative AI and the Legal Implications

The popularity of ChatGPT has shown the great potential of generative artificial intelligence and has become an important development in the information technology industry. The working principle of AI-generated content (AIGC) and the potential challenges AIGC brings to the legal sector have therefore become important.

To better understand the relevant technology theories and to make objective legal judgements, AmCham Shanghai's Legal Committee will discuss these topics on March 16 from 4-6 pm in the AmCham Shanghai Office.
