Erik Walenza is the CEO of IoT ONE Inc., the Chair of the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC) Smart Factory Task Group (SFTG), and the Shanghai Director of Startup Grind. IoT ONE is a leading source of information and insight regarding Industrial Internet of Things vendors and solutions. Companies work with IoT ONE to develop their customer bases, partner ecosystems, and innovation strategies. As Chair of the IIC SFTG, Erik works with IIC members to reduce the risk for early adopters of Industrial IoT technologies in manufacturing. Through Startup Grind Erik supports the development of Shanghai's innovation ecosystem.

Neil is currently the Director of Creative Technology for Ogilvy Shanghai. In this role, he is responsible for delivering innovative, tech-infused business solutions and supporting industry-leading brands across a wide range of sectors including automotive, technology, luxury, FMCG, and sports with their digital transformation efforts. Prior to coming to Shanghai in 2015, Neil worked in Hong Kong, London, and Melbourne, servicing international clients including The Coca-Cola Company, Nike, NBA, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, and Lincoln Motors.

Jiaxin Wu is the Assistant Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at Duke Kunshan University.

CTL aims to promote teaching excellence and innovation, by providing faculty teaching development programs and consultations about pedagogy, instructional technology, and research. Jiaxin facilitates regular discussions among faculty regarding evidence-based instructional practices and technology-enhanced teaching. Her current research focuses on the assessment of student learning as well as the impact of instructional technology on teaching and learning in the higher education context.

Mr. Di Yao is now acting as Head of Legal in Google’s Shanghai office. Before Google, Di worked as Head of Legal and Business Development - APAC for GoPro and Managing Associate at King & Wood Mallesons. Di is also acting as Chair of American Chamber of Commerce’s Inhouse Counsel Sub-committee and an invited member of Shanghai Bar Association. Di graduated from SISU Law School and received his Master of Laws in Stanford Law School and a Master of Humanitarian Law jointly by Law School of Peking University and Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law.
