The "Five-Plan Linkage", one of Beijing's key development plans in China's 14th Five-Year Plan, is a complex project that has five sub-sections, and the goal is to link the five sections to create comprehensive development outcomes.
The five sub-sections respectively focus on:
-(Most Important) The building of "Two Districts" (a Free Trade Demonstration Zone and a Comprehensive Demonstration Zone for Service Industry)
-Technology innovation
-Digital economy
-To build Beijing into an international consumption center city
