Ms. Sophia Xin is an Expert Associate Partner from Bain & Company and the lead of Bain’s Greater China Advance Analytics Group (AAG). She is currently based in Shanghai.

With more than 15 years of data and analytics consulting and implementation experience, Ms. Xin has profound understanding of data and machine learning techniques and strategic insights of digital transformation and artificial intelligence applications for businesses. She led the AAG team and delivered various projects across the topics of decision intelligence, AI use case development, data governance, operation optimization.

Ms. Sophia Xin holds a Master in Nottingham University, Applied Psychology, BA in University of Sci. and Tech. of China, Information System.

Jian Chen is a Data and AI Specialist at Microsoft China, where he works alongside Microsoft Solution Architects to design and implement AI, Business Intelligence, and Analytics solutions for corporate customers. His tools of choice include Microsoft Power BI, Azure Data Services, and Azure AI, as well as OpenAI services, which he utilizes to serve the Eastern China region.

Prior to Microsoft, Jian has held several key positions, including Vice President of Sales and Corporate Financing at a technology company listed on the NEEQ, and General Manager of Corporate Innovations, where he focused on nurturing new ventures within the company using cloud technologies.

Jian holds an M.S. from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an MBA from Fudan University, and a B.S. from Wuhan University.
