Vini Zhang is the Head of Total Rewards of Bayer China, in charge of various Total Rewards policies and programs design & implementation for all Bayer Business Divisions and Supporting Functions. During her past 9 years’ service in Bayer, Vini has led important projects such as Job Grading Structure review, Total Rewards framework optimization, Local Recognition program, Employee Health & Wellbeing, HR integration in Merge and Acquisition, etc.

Vini Zhang comes with nearly 20 years of HR experience across different industries. Before Bayer, Vini has worked in General Electric and Kraft Foods on various roles covering HR shared services, Total Rewards, Organization & Talent Development. Vini holds her bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, majored in Computer Science.

Lifei is driving forward the organization’s outreach efforts to educate the Chinese market about the benefits of studying abroad, along with a nation-wide company rebrand and consumer marketing plan development to support SAF’s university partners. Lifei has a distinguished career in consumer marketing in China, having most recently held the position of Director of Marketing for Education First. She draws upon her retail marketing and communications experience as the Senior Communications Lead for Apple and Marketing Manager for PayPal, and Public Relations Supervisor at Unilever. Having started her career in teaching at High School affiliated to Fudan University, Lifei’s passion for international education aligns strongly with SAF’s mission-based approach to encouraging student mobility.
