The American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai's Entrepreneurship Committee will host an event on "AI for Entrepreneurs: Productivity, AI Agents & Compliance" on Tuesday, September 15, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Chamber's office.
During the event, Shawn Ruan, Marketing Director at Essential, will share his hands-on experience using AI to improve workplace productivity. As an active AI user, he will share what has worked for him in human-AI collaboration, prompt engineering, and practical workplace applications, while also discussing the growing use of AI agents and the "One Person, Multiple Agents" model.
Following Shawn's sharing, Bruce Chen, Attorney at Guantao Law Firm (Shanghai) will discuss some of the legal and compliance considerations around using AI at work, including data confidentiality, intellectual property protection, and AI output verification. He will also introduce a simple three-step approach: Assess → Guard → Document to help participants manage AI-related risks.

随后,观韬律师事务所上海办公室Bruce Chen 律师将从法律与合规角度,探讨在工作中使用AI时需要关注的相关问题,包括数据保密、知识产权保护以及AI输出结果的核验。他还将介绍一个简单的三步方法:评估(Assess)→防护(Guard)→记录(Document),帮助参与者更好地应对AI应用中的潜在风险。
