AmCham Shanghai Suzhou Center invites you to join in our InauguralSuzhou Impact Event to be held on Friday, April 21 from 14:00-16:30 at the Glen Raven. Attendees will have the opportunities to hear from Wally Li, General Manager for Glen Raven Asia on the company strategy as well as meet with functional managers in 3 track sessions on best practices below:
  • HR Function to share on employee engagement and talent retention
  • EHS Function to share on behavior safety, waste disposal and zero landfill
  • CSR Function to share on “Make Waste Profitable” Program

This event is a great platform for intercompany learning and networking, along with government officials from the SIP Publicity Office, SIP Environment Protection Bureau, SIP Economic & Development Commission and other key stakeholders.
About the Glen Raven:

Glen Raven Asia (GRA) is an investment subsidiary of Glen Raven Inc. in China and is the sole production unit of customer fabrics in Asia. Glen Raven Inc. was founded in North Carolina of United States in 1880 and mainly produces and sells a variety of high-end fabrics owning the production factories in U.S, France, China and India, and sales offices in 127 countries all over the world.

GRA registered in Sept, 2004, set up in 2005 in SIP with the land area of 61,492 Square Metres, and building of 18,000 Square Metres. The official production of GRA began in the autumn of 2006 starting with 120 employees. Our main products are high performance fabrics applied to outdoor awning/umbrella, boat/vehicles, furniture, marine exterior and interior.
