  • 黑带认证要求的DMAIC方法论各阶段的工具
  • 统计分析工具的深度讲解(假设检验、ANOVA、回归分析、试验设计等)
  • SPC和MSA的完整内容
  • 领导DMAIC黑带项目所需要的软性技能
  • 六西格玛设计的基本知识
  • 贯穿整个培训的问题解决的模拟练习
  • 真实项目案例分析

在完整参加培训、通过结业考试、并通过项目评估之后,学员将获得由ASQ(美国质量学会)认证黑带大师授予的精益六西格玛黑带证书。

Introduction

Welcome to the multi-days workshop about "LEAN 6 SIGMA" BLACK BELT offline sessions organized by AmCham Shanghai & Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, and the session will be conducted on November 5, 6 & 7 as well as November 26, 27 & 28 and December11 &12 in 2025, and the workshop will be conducted in Chinese language.


This black belt training includes:


  • The background and fundamental logic of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology
  • The tools in each DMAIC phase that is required at black belt level
  • Deep dive in statistical analysis tools (hypothesis test, ANOVA, regression, DOE, etc.)
  • Complete knowledge about MSA & SPC
  • Soft skills required for leading DMAIC black belt projects
  • Basic knowledge about DFSS
  • A simulated problem-solving group exercise throughout the training
  • Real project case study

After fully participation, passing the final exam, and passing project evaluation, participants will receive a Lean Six Sigma BLACK Belt certification issued by ASQ (American Society of Quality) certified Master Black Belt.


Target Audience

Quality management and/or continuous improvement experts in the organization, as well as middle-level to senior managers interested in Lean Six Sigma. Functions are not required, preferably production, quality, logistics, SCM, finance, HR, customer service, etc. It's helpful for participants to have green belt or equivalent knowledge but it's NOT mandatory.

    Graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with Master's in Industrial Engineering, Nadya has been deeply engaged in the field of Operations Excellence. She is proficient in Lean Six Sigma Methodology and experienced in process optimization and operation transformation project management. She is one of the 20+ ASQ certified Master Black Belts in China.

    She has worked in multinational corporates, responsible for promoting Lean Six Sigma in Asia Pacific region, through organization setup, project delivery, training development and delivery, project coaching, etc. Besides, she also has worked as a management consultant in a world-leading strategic consulting company helping multiple Fortune 500 clients solve problems though projects. Currently, Nadya is the master trainer of Linke consulting, focusing on providing theoretical training and practical coaching on Operations Excellence for corporate clients and individual students.

    So far, Nadya has developed 20+ training courses in areas of LSS, Data Analysis, Problem Solving, Project Management, TTT, etc., delivered 500+ training sessions with 6000+ students trained from 40+ countries, and coached 500+ continuous improvement projects.
