The AmCham Shanghai Supply Chain Committee invites you to join our November meeting (hybrid) featuring the monthly Supply Chain Market Update and a timely discussion on post-election trade policy. This event will be held virtually and in person on Thursday, November 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the AmCham Shanghai Office.

Jarrod Ward, Chair of the Supply Chain Committee, will present the latest market update and facilitate the discussion. Derek Bushaw, Vice Chair of the Supply Chain Committee will also discuss upcoming regulatory changes to de minimis thresholds and their impact on cross-border e-commerce.

We are pleased to invite our guest speaker Yifei Zhang, Partner, Head of China, Control Risks for an insightful session on U.S. trade policy and its impact on multinational supply chains. In light of the recent election, the evolving trade landscape under the new U.S. administration has raised important questions for businesses operating globally. Our speaker will provide timely guidance on navigating these changes and building resilient supply chains amid shifting policies.

Key topics to be covered include:

· Key trade policy shifts under the new U.S. administration.

· Broader implications for multinational supply chains and global business operations.
