This workshop introduces growth mindset principles, contrasting them with a fixed mindset. Participants will learn to reframe failures, cultivate a culture of learning and resilience, and encourage risk-taking as a pathway to innovation. It draws on insights from "The Culture Map" by Erin Meyer and "Mindset" by Dr. Carol S. Dweck.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify Kelly Deng at (86 21) 6169 3008 or email Kelly.Deng@amcham-shanghai.org at least one weeks prior to the session for a full refund. Cancellation made within two weeks before the session will not be refundable.
