Monthly Member Briefing: Meet the 2025 Board of Governor Election Candidates

AmCham Shanghai is pleased to invite you to the October Monthly Member Briefing on Oct 15, 2024 at The Portman Ritz-Carlton Hotel,which will feature a 2025 AmCham Shanghai Board of Governors Election meet the candidates session.

The Chamber's Nomination and Election Committee (NEC) is pleased to announce the list of candidates approved to run for election to the 2025 AmCham Shanghai Board of Governors. There will be five vacant positions on the Board and the NEC has approved a slate of 12 candidates. Governors serve a two-year term and are limited to two consecutive terms. The candidates are:

• Didier Magloire, Managing Director, Ripple Group Limited
• Maria Xia, Vice General Manager for Greater China, Celanese
• Di Yao, Head of Legal, Google Shanghai
• Ed Zhao, Senior Vice President and Asia Managing Director, Milliken & Company
• Cherry Zhu, President, Dow Greater China
• Michael Zhu, Global Vice President and Managing Director, China, Hewlett Packard Enterprise
• Samantha Zhu, Senior Managing Director, Chairperson and Market Unit Lead for Greater China, Accenture
