This Cross-Cultural Training takes an innovative approach by examining culture through a psychological lens. It provides practical solutions for common challenges faced by Chinese individuals when communicating and collaborating with "Westerners", especially North Americans and Europeans, in corporate settings. The training aims to enhance cross-cultural awareness, pinpoint cultural blind spots that can lead to misunderstandings, and teach effective strategies for managing, mitigating, and preventing cross-cultural conflicts. Participants will learn to communicate effectively, build trust, and influence others across culture, essential skills for navigating international matrix organizations with global projects, aligning with headquarters, and collaborating with international colleagues of different hierarchical levels. The course will equip attendees with specific tools, methods, and approaches tailored to address these daily challenges.

If you need to cancel your registration for a full-day session, please notify Ray Cheng at least two weeks prior to the session for a full refund.
