I have worked for 17 years in a world-renowned company, serving in sales director and management consulting roles. During this time, I have been dedicated to building an efficient sales system to enhance sales capacity and achieve sales growth. I deeply understand that no matter how magnificent a sales system may be, it cannot thrive without adhering to the fundamental principle of business survival - "acquiring customers."

The beginning of all things is challenging, especially when it comes to the initial communication with potential clients, traditionally known as "Cold Call." Often, due to lack of confidence, insufficient preparation, and a dearth of skills, we miss out on valuable opportunities for client development.   • Limited spaces are available and attendance will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Members please bring your membership card and non-members bring your business card upon check-in at the training session.
Walk-in and Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation:  If you need to cancel your registration for a full-day session, please notify Kelly Deng or email at least two weeks prior to the session for a full refund. Cancellation made within two weeks before the session will not be refundable.
  • To ensure that you have a seat, please come to the session on time. Open seats will be released to other guests 15 minutes after the session starts.
