Ni Jianlin is the partner of Dentons Shanghai Office, who got the Doctor Degree in law from University of International Business and Economics. Dr. Ni has received professional training in WTO and international trade and cross-border investment at WTO headquarters and the American Society of International Law. His practice areas include international trade and anti-dumping, trade compliance, cross-border investment and international commercial dispute resolution. Dr. Ni is the legal counsel of the Shanghai Commission of Commerce, Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province and Administration of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, the director of the International Law Commission of Shanghai Bar Association. Dr. Ni is also the visiting professor at Shanghai University of International Business and Economics，East China University of Politics and Law, the arbitrator of both the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and Shanghai Arbitration Commission.
Ni Jianlin has been recognized as an Outstanding Lawyer in China by Business Law Magazine and ranked as recommended lawyer in practicing area of WTO/International Trade by Legal 500. Dr. Ni represented several large-scale photovoltaic enterprises and government attorneys in the highly influential EU PV double reverse investigation. In recent years, Ni Jinalin has delivered over a hundred public speeches on China-US trade friction response, international trade compliance trends, RCEP and international economic and trade rules in various forums and training sessions organized by the government and public institutions.
