Ken Dai is also one of the first lawyers who practices antitrust law in China and has accumulated practical experience for more than ten years within the field. He has provided clients with comprehensive antitrust legal services, including but not limited to antitrust investigations, antitrust compliance, merger filing, private antitrust litigations.

Ken Dai was ranked as one of the Top 15 Data Protection Lawyer in mainland China by LEGALBAND in 2022, and was ranked as the recommended data protection lawyers by Chambers and Who’s Who Legal in 2022. Cheng Wang is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Express (Hangzhou) Technology Company Limited, a joint venture of American Express that was licensed by the People’s Bank of China as the first foreign-owned bankcard clearing and settlement institution in China. As a member of the senior management team of the joint venture, Cheng heads the Legal and Compliance Department of Express Company and oversees legal, compliance and regulatory matters in its business operations. Prior to joining American Express, Cheng was the Head of Legal for Greater China of a top-tier international investment bank. Cheng is admitted to the bar of the State of New York and qualified as a lawyer in China. He is currently the chair of the In-House Counsel Subcommittee of the AmCham Shanghai Legal Committee and a member of the Special Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
