    Ken Dai is one of the pioneering lawyers in China practicing the area of data protection. Prior to joining American Express, Cheng was the Head of Legal for Greater China of a top-tier international investment bank. Cheng is admitted to the bar of the State of New York and qualified as a lawyer in China. He is currently the chair of the In-House Counsel Subcommittee of the AmCham Shanghai Legal Committee and a member of the Special Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
