Module 1: Audience-focused overall reporting strategy


Purpose: To enable students to master the overall design ideas and establish a persuasive reporting logic centered on the audience.

theory:

  • Establish a design idea that starts with the end - clear reporting intent
  • Make it clear what the report is going to express - refining the central idea
  • Improve persuasion around the audience's pain points - conceive the central idea
  • Using the logic of model design reporting - mastering the OPMS framework

Module 2: A logical and rigorous systematic narrative framework


Purpose: To enable students to master the most typical logical narrative frameworks in the report.

  • Looking back and looking to the future - a retrospective framework ( BOSE)
  • Explain the solution to the problem - Restoration framework ( Break Fix)

Purpose: To enable students to master clearly presented and focused PPT structure and page design principles.

Module 4: Report speech that controls the audience's attention


Purpose: To enable students to master the key links to control the audience's attention and professional reporting style.
