Workshop introduction

Problem Solving and Decision Making skills are 'must-to-have' for today's managers. Problems are a fact of organizational life. In order to come up with creative and effective solutions, organizations must analyze their problems deeply and holistically. Such an approach will prevent the occurrence of recurrent problems and inter-functional issues. In today's ever-changing environment, it is necessary to equip employees with skills essential for problem-solving and decision-making.

Workshop Objective

At the end of the program, participants will be able to:

• Analyze problems or issues in a systematic manner using the analysis technique;
• Develop appropriate actions through rational decision making;
• Analyze broader organizational issues and make improvement changes by using force-field analysis technique;

解决问题和决策制定，是当今经理人的"必备技能"。组织生活中存在问题是必然的。为了提出创新有效的解决方案，组织必须对问题进行深入而全面的分析。这样将防止反复出现问题和部门间的问题。在当今瞬息万变的环境中，培训员工解决问题和决策制定所必需的技能，是很有必要的。

• 运用力场分析法，分析更大范围上的组织性问题，做出改进和提升；

This program should be useful for managers, team leaders, front-line supervisors, engineers, and technical professionals who need a systematic approach to resolve problems and derive quality decisions in a multifaceted and dynamic environment.

• Limited spaces are available and attendance will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration for a full-day session, please notify Kelly Deng or email kelly.deng@amcham-shanghai.org at least two weeks prior to the session for a full refund. Cancellation made within two weeks before the session will not be refundable.
• To ensure that you have a seat, please come to the session on time. Open seats will be released to other guests 15 minutes after the session starts.
