模块一:以听众为中心的总体汇报策略


模块目的:使学员掌握总体设计思路,建立以听众为中心的说服力汇报逻辑。


模块内容:


·  建立以终为始的设计思路——明确汇报意图

·  围绕听众痛点提升说服力——构思中心思想

·  利用模型设计汇报的逻辑——掌握OPMS框架


Part I: Audience centered reporting strategy


Purpose: Master the overall design idea and establish a persuasive reporting logic centered on the audience.


Content:


·  Starting from the end: Establish the design idea of and clarify the reporting intention

·  Improving persuasion: Build the central idea around the pain points of the audience

·  Design the logic of the report: Master the OPMs framework

 

模块二:逻辑严谨的系统化叙事框架


模块目的:使学员掌握汇报中最典型的几种逻辑叙事框架。


模块内容:


·  回顾状态和阐述计划——回顾展望型框架(BOSE)

·  提出建议的解决方案——解决方案型框架(Problem Solution)


Part II: Logical and rigorous systematic narrative framework


Purpose: Master the typical logical narrative frameworks in the report.


Content:


·Bose model for review status and explain plan

·Problem solution model for proposed solution

 

模块三:简明扼要的PPT结构和内容


模块目的:使学员掌握清晰呈现、重点突出的PPT结构和页面设计原则。


模块内容:


·  逻辑高效型呈现结构——SDS结构、执行摘要、最后总结

·  情感引导型呈现结构——引起共鸣、建立信任、使其信服、督促行动

·  页面呈现逻辑的设计——TPS、提炼、引导


Part III: Concise structure and content


Purpose: Master clearly presented and focused PPT structure and page design principles.


Content:


·  SDS presentation structure: Build a clear and logical reporting structure

·  Emotional guidance presentation structure - resonate, build trust, convince and make action

·  Page logic in presentation -- TPS, refinement and guidance

 

模块四:把控听众注意力的汇报演讲


模块目的:使学员掌握把控听众注意力的关键环节和专业汇报风范。


模块内容:


·  控制汇报节奏的关键环节——开场、导入、展开、结尾

·  体现专业风范的基本原则——眼神、手势、语言、回答、道具


Module 4: Control the audience's attention


Purpose: master the key points of controlling the audience's attention and build professional reporting style.


Content:


·  Key points to control the rhythm of the report - opening, introduction, unfolding and ending

·  Basic principles of professional style - eyes, gestures, language, answers, props
