Work resumption is taking place in Shanghai since June 1, 2022. To reach a full work resumption and guide industrial enterprises through the epidemic prevention and control process, the Shanghai Economy and Information Technology Commission has announced the Guidelines for Epidemic Prevention and Control of Shanghai Industrial Enterprises Work Resumption (Third Edition). Enterprises may encounter many urgent problems after resuming work, such as: Where are the scope and boundaries of legal responsibilities related to labor safety and health protection? How to deal with disputes related to labor safety and health protection? How to manage employees who are still working remotely? How to design the rules related to remote work?


AmCham Shanghai Trade & Investment Center together with Dentons would like to invite you to join us on Thursday, June 16, 2022, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am for the Zoom briefing on work resumption. We hope to help both enterprises and employees to better understand issues related to the management of employee labor protection and remote work.
