Course Objectives:

一. 课程导入


培养两个思考习惯


  • 注意观察和推理:平时注意观察身边发生的现象并进行推理训练
  • 区分事实和观点:刻意练习区分什么是事实,什么是观点


二. 逻辑思考前置3要素:G·A·S模型


  • 视频分析:导入G·A·S三要素
  • 案例分享:GAS三要素对实际沟通的影响
  • 定向练习:任选一个主题,考虑前置3要素写下你的目标


三. 梳理逻辑的3个核心思考结构


纵向总-分-总(PRES框架)

  • 应用案例分析:会议协调汇报
  • 电梯演讲的核心:一句话说出重点
  • 一句话提炼信息的套路:归类——共性——组句
  • 提炼出来的信息再加工:同样的意思不同的表达手法(简单介绍)


横向信息分类

  • 信息分类的三大原则:目的性、可推进和MECE(无重复、无遗漏)

  • Support What support is required to implement the above scenarios?

Co-worker rapport: FFC framework

  • Feeling What are your feelings/perceptions?
  • Facts What specific things do you feel/believe in this way?
  • Compare Find a suitable object for comparison and strengthen the other party's advantages/highlights!


Assign or describe tasks: a clearly articulated 5W2H framework
