课程背景


本课程以思维盲区作为突破口,引导学习者善用思维导图的发散性、结构化、形象化等特点,梳理思路快速、准确且富有创意,在沟通、项目规划和工作汇报等情境中表现出色,促进工作绩效的跃迁。


This training will guide the learners to make good use of the divergent, structured, and visualized characteristics of MindMapping, to sort out ideas quickly, accurately, and creatively, perform well in situations such as communication, project planning, and work report.


课程受益


学员通过一天的培训,能够简要理解导图的理论基础,完成课堂上的逻辑思考模拟演练,并带入今后的工作实践。


1. 体验多样的思维练习,积极参与导图的创造,拓宽对思维训练的理解;

5. 制定行动计划,了解并开始科学运用思维导图,点燃潜能.

根据思维框架"知易行难"的特点 ,课程中将采用分组讨论、游戏互动、视频教学等加速学习的引导方式,导入与工作情境息息相关的案例,打造突破传统的创意型思维课堂,让学员在轻松的互动中体验思维训练的价值,进而内化为高效行动力。

  • 原理: 我们接收外界信息的魔力曲线MIG
  • 理念:导图+思维模型和策略,动态思考创造价值
  • 思维导图三层思考法:快思、漫思、亮思


二、快思:海量资讯,快速抽取重点


  • 场景:快速摘要信息(文本材料转化成导图)
  • 自下而上聚沙成塔:一线一词,导图接收信息三步法
  • 分组演练
  • 成果品鉴:思维评估维度之精度、广度、深度、高度

1、 Classic theories


  • Principle: Magic MIG curve to receive external information
  • Concept: mapping + thinking model, dynamic thinking and value creation
  • Three layer thinking method of mind mapping: quick thinking, diffuse thinking and bright thinking


2、 Quick extraction of key points


  • Scenario: quick summary information (Convert text material into map)
  • From the bottom to the top: one line, one word, three steps for map receiving information
  • Achievement evaluation: precision, breadth, depth and height of thinking evaluation dimension
