随着本轮疫情形势逐渐稳定，上海市政府已于近期启动复工复产工作并发布了相关指引文件。但在积极筹备申请复工复产的过程中，许多企业反馈遇到了申请难度高/标准不透明、员工无法返岗、物流受阻、供应链断裂等多方面的问题。为帮助会员企业进一步理解复工复产流程及相关操作要点，上海美国商会将于2022年5月17日（星期二）下午2-3点举办网络研讨会，邀请安杰律师事务所合伙人张海晓博士为会员介绍、梳理企业复工复产政策及申请流程，分析阻点与难点并做互动交流。
作为中美执业律师和市商委兼职政府法律顾问，张海晓博士近期已协助多家外资企业成功申请复工复产，并支持解决进入"白名单"后的相关运营问题。
The Shanghai government has recently begun to allow certain companies to resume operation through a "White List" program. Under the program, companies from key industries can receive permission to begin operations after they present a "closed loop" management program and meet other requirements. As companies have begun to apply for this program, many have faced various problems including difficulties in getting workers to factories, obtaining necessary supplies for production, and confusing information on how to apply for the program. To help members to better navigate this program, Amcham Shanghai will host a webinar on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, from 2-3 PM. Our speaker, Dr. Haixiao (Hellen) Zhang, Partner of Anjie Law Firm, will brief members on work resumption policies and provide analysis on how companies can qualify for the "white list" program. She will also take questions from the audience.
As a part-time government legal adviser of the Municipal Commission of Commerce, Dr. Zhang has successfully assisted a number of foreign companies to apply for resumption of work and advised companies that faced problems after being listed on the "White List".
