虽然现在上海疫情处于高位运行的状态,但是已经呈现了一定的下降趋势。


连续数日以平均每日5,300的速度增长,全国人民翘首期盼的解封尚未到来。


也许身在上海的你,此刻正处于崩溃的边缘;


网上铺天盖地的负面新闻,毫不留情地压在你的身上;


连厨房里捉襟见肘的冰箱,也仿佛在质问你:「明天该怎样?」


疫情将我们困于方寸之间,让情绪无处可藏。


如何处理好这些情绪,做好心理防护,成为重中之重。


Workshop Introduction


Shanghai is in the eye of the storm, in all sense of the word.


Although the epidemic situation in Shanghai is at a high level, it has shown a certain decline.


With an average uptick in cases amounting to more than 5,300 a day, any meaningful unwinding of current measures are nowhere in-sight.


Many are on the verge of ………with the Internet is filled with negative news spawning merciless energy on us all.


"What about tomorrow?" My kitchen refrigerator is yelling at me.


The epidemic keeps us in a tight spot, leaving no place to hide our emotions.


The understanding and management of our psychological wellbeing help us deal better with these emotions. It is a top priority now!
