Mr. Liu Tao (Wellington), is Director, Public Policy and Government Affairs for Amazon.com (China). His role is to bridge the connection between this Internet giant and China's regulatory audiences and policy makers. He is a frequent speaker for industrial forums and government meetings.

Before current post, he headed global PR for an AI & Robotics unicorn start-up and was director of public affairs and communications for Huawei Technologies Philippine Office for 4 years and responsible for policy consultancy, government relations, CSR and media affairs in Manila. He managed to lead the team to buildup the local GR framework and reduce trade risks amid the tension in CN-PH relations. His professionalism won him a gold medal of Huawei and the trust of Filipino stakeholders.

Prior to private sector positions, he had 10 years working experiences with Chinese government in Customs authority and foreign services. During his tenure as a civil servant, he was involved in national trade projects like China E-port & eCustoms, and conducted diplomatic duties in dealing with consular corps in Shanghai.


Wellington is now an MBA candidate of University College London and Peking University. He holds two Master degrees, Master in Public Policy from Lee Kuan Yew School of National University of Singapore, and MPA from Tongji University China. His undergraduate program was in Telecom Engineering. Moreover, he had study experiences in Austria on European studies (UniWien) and Asian affairs in South Korea (SNU).

刘涛先生是亚马逊（中国）公共政策及政府事务总监。他的职责是为该互联网巨头与中国的监管机构及政策制定者之间搭建桥梁，并经常在各类行业论坛和政府会议上发言。

就任该职位之前，刘先生负责某科技独角兽企业的全球公关业务，并在华为技术菲律宾办事处担任了4年的公共事务和传播总监，负责马尼拉的政策咨询、政府关系、企业社会责任和媒体事务。他成功地带领团队建立了当地的政府关系框架，并在中菲关系紧张的情况下降低了贸易风险。他的专业精神为他赢得了华为的业务金牌。

在私营部门任职之前，他在中国政府的海关部门及外事部门拥有十年的工作经验。在他担任公务员期间，他参与了中国电子口岸和电子海关等国家项目，并曾在上海从事与领事团体相关的外交工作。

刘先生目前正在就读伦敦大学学院和北京大学的MBA项目。此外，他已拥有两个硕士学位（新加坡国立大学李光耀学院的公共政策硕士以及中国同济大学的公共政策硕士）。此外，他曾在奥地利（维也纳大学）和韩国（首尔国立大学）研习区域事务课程。

Echo Guo is the Head of Global Compliance and Governance, LianLian Global. She is responsible for global compliance governance and managing compliance risk of cross board payment services covering different jurisdictions such as mainland China, Hong Kong, South and East Asia, and Europe etc. Prior to this, she has more than 10 years hands-on experience in financial crime compliance area through her career with global banks and consulting firms in Hong Kong.

Echo gained her Bachelor’s degrees in Financial from Fudan University. She is also a HKICPA and a CAMS (Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist).

郭雅雯女士是连连国际的国际合规团队负责人，除了合规风险治理外，主要负责全球跨境支付产品的合规风险管理，涉及了包括大陆、香港、东南亚和欧美等国家和地区。在此之前，郭女士在香港的大型银行和咨询机构担任工作，并拥有超过10年的金融犯罪合规领域经验。

郭雅雯女士毕业于复旦大学，获得金融学学士，同时也是一名香港注册会计师和公认反洗钱师 。
