Sharon Yang is the Chief Human Resources Officer of SPD Silicon Valley Bank (SSVB). SSVB is the first technical bank in China focusing on supporting innovation companies. The past 20 plus years of Sharon’s work experience includes a number of HR roles spanning across a variety of industries and locations, including Banking, Real Estate Consulting, Renewable Energy and Engineering industries. Sharon is the founding member of VHR, and career mentor of SAIF FMBA and SUFE IMBA programs.

Kelly is the APAC Employee and Labor Relations Leader of Eaton. Kelly has more than 20 years HR management experience, served companies across various industries, including Electrical, Power, High-Tech, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, etc. Kelly is familiar with different cultures, HR operational rhythms and management practices among multi-national enterprises, state owned companies, and JVs. Prior to the current role, she has been rotated in various HR positions including Regional HR Director, HR Business Partner, HR Project Manager, Learning & Organization Development, Staffing.

Samuel leads our Technology, Data Protection & Cyber Security practice in AnJie. He has worked as in-house counsel and external lawyer in the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) sectors for nearly 20 years and is regarded as a true expert in these areas. Sun Li has more than 16 years of experience in well-known foreign bank, providing advice and legal analysis for the bank's daily business and internal governance affairs; she reviews the business agreements for the bank's day-to-day operations; and manage litigation and dispute resolution related to the banking business. Sun Li was also a key member in the establishment, business integration and branch closure matters of the localized corporate bank.

Sun Li once served as the General Counsel of a listed company on the New Third Board. She was responsible for building the company's legal department team, designing the company's internal control process, HR system and building the compliance and risk prevention and control management framework. Sun Li also served as a legal adviser of a world-renowned foreign accounting firm and participated in contract review and project negotiation of audit, tax, and consulting services of the firm.

Kris Fan is a Counsel at Xin Bai Law Firm with over 12 years’ experience in legal practice. Kris has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial work including M&A, joint venture, corporate restructuring and employment. She has also advised various multinational clients on corporate
governance and compliance to China laws and regulations. More recently she has supported many clients on their data privacy and cybersecurity projects.

Kris received her LL.B. in Criminal Law from the East China University of Politics and Law, and her LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Manchester. Before joining Xin Bai, Kris was a senior legal consultant of a representative office of a US law firm, and had practice experience with both international and leading local law firms. Kris is a native Chinese speaker and is fluent in English.
