上海海关政策宣讲：注册登记和备案企业信用管理办法 Shanghai Customs Briefing on the Enterprise Credit Management System (Chinese session)

2021年9月，海关总署公布了《中华人民共和国海关注册登记和备案企业信用管理办法》（海关总署令第251号，以下简称《办法》），自11月1日起实施。新《办法》关注信用管理层级优化，同时增加了信用培育、信用修复等一系列改革新规。

作为海关总署优化企业信用等级分类、落实守信激励原则，并依法依规实施失信惩戒，建立信用修复制度，助推贸易安全与便利的又一项举措——《办法》将回应企业普遍反映"一般认证企业"标准偏高、便利措施不多、获得感不强等诉求，整合信用管理措施，并进一步界定失信企业的认定标准，同时完善信用修复制度。

上海海关企业管理处孙媛媛副处长将于2021年11月24日（星期三）上午9：00-11：00以线上会议的形式为商会会员企业代表解读相关政策，以进一步加深企业对该新政策的理解，并与企业代表交流互动。

In September 2021, the General Administration of Customs announced the Credit Management Measures for Registered and Filed Enterprises of the General Administration of the Customs People's Republic of China​ (GACC Order No. 251), effective on November 1st. The Measures have made important revisions to the enterprise credit rating classification and management measures for General Certified Enterprises, as well as to China's credit cultivation and restoration mechanisms.

Ms. Sun Yuanyuan, the Deputy Chief of the Division of Enterprise Management from Shanghai Customs, will brief members on this topic on November 24, 2021 from 9:00-11:00 during a live webcast. Ms. Sun will interpret relevant policies and answer member questions to help members understand the new policy and its impact on business.

Note: Due to relevant COVID-19 prevention and control policies, this briefing will be conducted in a hybrid online/offline format. Our speakers will present virtually in the Shanghai Customs office with our attendees in the AmCham Shanghai Conference Center.
