Workshop introduction


Everyone loves a person who does not have an overt personal agenda. Unlike negotiations skills, influencing skills is subtle but creates a bigger and longer lasting effect that can bring success to its practitioners. This program presents the information in practical terms and provides the "how to" on ways to plan and implement any influencing scenarios. Besides group discussions, there will be many opportunities for participants to practice on job-related situations.


Workshop Objectives


  1. Understand the 3 keys to effective Influencing
  2. Consider different influencing styles and effectively use them
  3. Be aware of strengths and limitations of the "Push-Pull" methods of influencing.

    在蒂芙尼公司(Tiffany&Co.)担任全国学习与发展总负责人期间,Charles 为销售,公关和营销团队提供了培训支持。他负责管理所有学习培训计划,并与全球教育团队,神秘访客计划销售团队和客人满意度调查(NPS分析)合作, 制定相关的培训计划。他还与商品与营销部门紧密合作,以确保培训内容与当地市场的产品重点,销售趋势,消费者洞察力和品牌信息相关。

    Charles老师在担任凯悦酒店集团(Hyatt Hotel Corporation)学习与发展总监期间,他领导了华东区各凯悦,君悦,柏悦,和安达仕酒店品牌的筹备和开业, 并为每一家开业酒店的所有级别的员工建立了系统的企业大学,以监控服务质量,服务标准和客户满意度。

    Charles老师在企业内部除了管理培训和员工发展外,也负责为中层,总监级别以及总经理的管理人员进行授课培训。除此之外,他也经常受各行业企业邀请进行讲座,嘉宾分享,咨询建议或授课。他擅长的授课课程大多以领导力,服务体验和销售为主, 而且可以使用中文或全英语进行授课。

    Charles老师是DDI认证培训师,MBTi认证培训师,FMSM认证管理者,并拥有加拿大康科迪亚大学的国际商务学士学位。他具有出色的个性和人际交往能力,并且经常带领团队使用最新的科技,摄影摄像,潮流的App,网络平台等创新手段融入培训中,以提高培训的效率和结果。

This program is for anyone who needs to influence others. This may be influencing as part of a leadership role, or influencing where you are in a partnership, project group or other setting (such as campaigning or negotiating) where you need to persuade others.

Registration

  • All registrations shall be made online before the session. For full-day sessions, payment also shall be made before the session.
  • For full-day sessions, AmCham Shanghai members are eligible to attend at "Member Rate"; Employees who work at AmCham Shanghai member companies are eligible to attend at "Employee Rate"; Non-members are eligible to attend at "Non-Member Rate".
  • Limited spaces are available and attendance will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
Walk-in and Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify Ray Cheng at (86 21) 6169 3015 or email ray.cheng@amcham-shanghai.org at least two weeks prior to the session for a full refund. Cancellation made within two weeks before the session will not be refundable.
  • To ensure that you have a seat, please come to the session on time. Open seats will be released to other guests 15 minutes after the session starts.
