Minhang District is taking center stage in the construction of Hongqiao International Open Hub. The government aims to build Minhang into an international central business district, a new international trade center, an internationally influential Southern Science & Innovation Center, and make it an international city-industry integration demonstration benchmark.

闵行区作为虹桥国际开放枢纽建设的主战场和主引擎，以建设国际化中央商务区、国际贸易中心新平台、具有国际影响力的上海南部科创中心、国际化产城融合示范标杆为发展目标。

Digital economy is an important fulcrum for the comprehensive expansion of the Hongqiao International Open Hub. Minhang District will take the lead in building a global digital trading port by optimizing the open development environment of digital trade; the "Digital Qianwan" will innovate the integration model of digital construction and urban construction symbiosis and co-construction, forming a distinctive regional digital economy; the Southern Science and Technology Innovation Center established the first District-Level Intelligent Manufacturing and industrial Internet alliance in Shanghai, meanwhile introduced the China Electronics (Shanghai) Digital Technology Innovation Center, both will jointly enhance the digital development of Minhang.

数字经济是虹桥国际开放枢纽全面扩大开放的重要支点，闵行区将通过优化数字贸易开放发展环境，率先建成全球数字贸易港；"数字前湾"将创新数字建设和城市建设共生共建的融合模式，形成区域数字经济特色；南部科创中心成立上海市首个区级智能制造和工业互联网联盟，并引入中国电子（上海）数字科技创新中心，将共同提升闵行数字经济城市建设的能级。
