Ian Driscoll is the publications and communications director at AmCham Shanghai. Previously, Ian worked as a freelance journalist and at Reuters. His writing appeared in the Financial Times, Weekend Financial Times, Euromoney publications, the BBC website, and elsewhere.

Born in Singapore, Ian has lived and worked in Beijing, Hong Kong, London, New York, Shanghai and Sydney.

Jeff Yuan is a partner with PwC China and leads their transfer pricing tax services for Asia Pacific region. Jeff and his team provide cross-border tax advice to multinational companies (MNCs) in China, and overseas headquarters across major industries. Jeff helps MNCs design and implement sustainable cross-border transactions from China/APAC/Global tax perspectives.

Jeff is a regular speaker on China and global tax issues and trends and a frequent contributor to professional publications on the relevant subjects. Jeff has a Master’s in Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota and Bachelor’s in Accounting from Winona State University. Jeff is a fellow member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Jeff has been providing China tax and business advice to his clients over last 20 years after he returned to his hometown, Shanghai, from New York where he worked with PwC as an international tax specialist.

Roger Zhu is currently President of Aptar Greater China and has been with Aptar for almost 10 years. Before joining Aptar, Roger worked in Kraft Foods and International Paper for over 15 years in operations, purchasing, and general management. He is experienced in turning around business, driving profitable growth, operation optimization and building synergies among plants in global business environment.
Aptar is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of a broad range of drug delivery, consumer product dispensing, and active material science solutions. Aptar has been deeply rooted in China for over two decades since 1995.

Lorenzo Bali lives and work in Suzhou since 2015 and has begun working in China in 2003 after experiences in Europe and USA.He is the Deputy General Manager of Pelliconi Suzhou, a leader company for the manufacturing of closures for the beverage industry. He has started the company from a “white paper” in 2015. Before working for Pelliconi he has achieved a wide experience in company management through experiences as consultant with his own firm Ellebi, marketing manager at Betamotor, export manager at Ugolini Design and seles & marketing manager at Compagnucci SPA.

He has earned a bachelor’s degree in Automobile engineering in Bolton UK.
