Han Dadong, Chief of Intelligent Manufacturing Promotion Division from the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization will introduce the newly-launched New Energy Vehicle Industry Development Plan (2021-2025) in Shanghai which aims to accelerate Shanghai into a highland of new energy vehicle and focuses on improving technology innovation capacity, building new-type industry ecosystems, advancing industrial integration and development, perfecting the infrastructure system, and deepening opening-up and cooperation.
