Workshop introduction
Everyone loves a person who does not have an overt personal agenda. Unlike negotiations skills, influencing skills is subtle but creates a bigger and longer lasting effect that can bring success to its practitioners. This program presents the information in practical terms and provides the "how to" on ways to plan and implement any influencing scenarios. Besides group discussions, there will be many opportunities for participants to practice on job-related situations.

- Consider different influencing styles and effectively use them
- Be aware of strengths and limitations of the "Push-Pull" methods of influencing.
