Strom Kong is the General Manager of Anaren Communication (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Anaren is a leading global designer and manufacturer of high-frequency RF and microwave microelectronics, components, and assemblies for the space, defense, and telecommunications sectors. Strom spearheaded the setup of Anaren Suzhou plant, a core supplier to major manufacturers around the world in telecommunications networking products. Prior to Anaren, Strom worked in Philips Broadband Network Inc. and PPC in Manlius-NY as Global RF Product Line Manage. Strom’s previous positions also include Marketing/Management Consultant for Ripley Inc. in Connecticut, and Assistant Professor in Fudan University. Strom holds BS degree from Jiangxi University, graduate degree from Fudan University, and MPA/Ph.D degrees in Public Management from Maxwell School of Syracuse University.

Aiying Wang has served as the VP/GM for the Electrical Component Division in the Asia Pacific Region of Eaton Corporation since March 2016. She has full P&L responsibility, including manufacturing operations, R&D, marketing, and sales of Eaton low voltage electrical components and Bussmann fuses.

Previously, Aiying was VP/GM for KEMET Electronics in Suzhou, China from 2011-2016, where she took great pride in building an engaged team to turn operations around, achieve worldwide performance records, and create a sustainable winning culture.

Aiying served in a diversity of roles working in the USA from 1993-2011 including R&D, operations, and supply chain with BIC Corporation, KEMET Electronics, and Michelin Tire companies. In her first industrial job as a bench chemist and scientist at BIC USA, she was granted over a dozen US patents.

Aiying holds a Ph.D. degree in Physical Chemistry from the US and a B.S. degree in Chemistry from China. She served as Vice-Chair and Chair for AmCham Shanghai, Suzhou Center, from 2013-2018. She has been an active mentor for Eaton Global, Eaton APAC, AmCham Win in China, and Global Women Connect. Aiying recently completed the Australia Coaching Certification program to further enable her to contribute to leadership development.

Grace is Director of Asia Human Resources and Supporting Services, Rogers Corporation and the Site Representative of Rogers Suzhou, responsible for leading overall Human Resources function in Rogers Asia including 3 manufacturing sites and 7 sales offices, overseeing 4 businesses, being designated global HRBP to one strategic division and Key member of global M&A and expansion projects in Asia.

Grace is with more than 18 years of human resources managerial experiences in MNC in the industries including Pharmaceutical, Electronics and Specialty materials. Grace holds a MBA degree and is also the Chairman of SIP Semiconductor & Electronic HR Committee (2015-2018), a HBDI & Achieve Global Certified Trainer and a Certified State Psychological Consultant.

Tanya Zheng is Human Resources Director of Crown Equipment (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Since its entry into the material handling equipment industry in 1960, Crown has earned a reputation as a leading innovator in world-class forklift and material handling equipment. Crown designs and manufactures up to 85 percent of its lift truck components, including key parts like motors, drive units, and electronic modules. When it says Crown on the outside, it's a Crown on the inside. Tanya Zheng leads her team providing professional HR support to both manufacturing and commercial organizations of Crown China. Prior to Crown, Tanya worked for Avery Dennison China as HR manager.

Tanya’s previous experience also includes Lean Operations to support business process effectiveness improvement. Tanya Zheng holds bachelor degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, MBA degree from Shanghai Tongji University.
