Mr. Guo, trainer from Dale Carnegie will lead the session and will also moderate the group discussion during the session. It will include below content:

  • How it applies to customer-centered purposes, resilient workforce, and social intelligence
  • Case studies of agility and how to apply Carnegie's skills to practice in working place
